Second, some data sources have a shared global quota across all BreachHub users — if that upstream limit is reached, that specific source becomes temporarily unavailable for everyone until it resets. This is a constraint imposed by the provider, not by BreachHub.
Every query hits the upstream APIs in real time — we have no database of our own. Results are as fresh as the provider's data at the moment you search.
